One possible answer for the “never-ending supply” – if you believe that the price of the stock will eventually hit $2 – it makes sense to sell shares and buy warrants – aiming for as close to the 2:1 ratio as possible. I have recently been doing just that – the price of the stock is irrelevant in the exchange – the ratio is everything.
If the share price gets to $2 – the warrants will be at approximately $1.65. It is better to have 200,000 warrants at $1.65 than 100,000 shares at $2.
I have retained a relatively small number of shares – not on the basis of logic – but “superstition.”
