Annual meeting announced today, set for Feb. 20th, no management changes mentioned on management information circular!! What is interesting is the date, as it is a week before the quarter's numbers come out..... as there is many unhappy shareholders at this point due to the share value, you would think they would wait it out a few weeks until after. Especially when you see the management compensation numbers for last year.
