RE:RE:RE:NDAsDon’t sweat the NDA’s. There might be a variety of reasons a company may not decide to move forward with AMY’s process -- and not necessarily technical. AMY doesn’t need this aired, and nor do the potential partners, and it’s immaterial. They’ve conducted tests (successful ones) but that’s all. They’re also playing it safe with IIROC, who would take a dim view of AMY manipulating their share price, as would the Tier Ones.
That said, I understand the frustration, it’s annoying! However, it’s highly likely having quoted Benchmark Mineral Intelligence studies in earlier releases, they are using their definition of Tier One's.
There are only four tier-one companies. Tesla, Panasonic, Samsung, and LG Chem.
More importantly they are costing a commercial plant, and only after a handful of tests. That's either crazy or an indication that one of those Tier One’s are interested in either using AMY or partnering, because, let’s face it, building a commercial plant would cost millions – and it’s money AMY doesn’t have. Call it logic, or reading between the lines. Either way, there’s no deal until there is one, and we live off fumes thinking there might be one!
And don’t forget their deal with the US Dept. of Energy. Allied with their patents, it gives this company legitimacy in the industry -- and you'd think to US investors.
I’ve been in for a year and in for the long. GLTA.
