RE:mixing apples and grapes

RE:mixing apples and grapesWhat stands out for me, anyway, is the long intercepts and economic ore grades. Mineralization starts right at surface for some of these 19 new drill assays from the Stander Zone, as shallow as 1.15 meters from surface. Drill hole highlights from today’s news
  • EC19-325: 1.19 g/t Au over 35.6 meters
  • EC19-326: 0.83 g/t Au over 44.65 meters
  • EC19-327: 1.21 g/t Au over 45.60 meters
*The true thickness of drill intervals was not available
https://www.klondikegoldcorp.com/klondike-gold-reports-2-1-g-t-au-over-28-9-meters-and-31-2-g-t-au-over-0-5-meter-at-stander-zone-yukon/

Reviewing all the previous drill results and geological data took longer than I’m comfortable with but I understand it’s a big undertaking. The 2019 drill program traced the older D3 faults. What we now know, is the new data indicates that the younger D4 faults (which you can see as gulches on Google satellite imagery) were the actual source of gold deposition.  I have high expectations that drilling where the D3 and D4 faults criss-cross will return more bonanza grades. The deepest intercept in these 19 holes ended at 83 meters and I didn’t notice earlier but the 1,000 g/t Au and 1,000 g/t Ag drill hole was 104 meters deep.  I’ll have to wait for this next summer drill results and a new exploration plan to see if they drill along the D4 faults and go deeper
