LOL, If you think millions of bottles are gonna make you rich, think again, not only did shareholders pay 5,745,000 shares at 1.43 = 8.2 MILLION DOLLARS + 1000$ cash consideration to sign Whiz's name you also have to pay a MINIMUM ROYALTY:

(In 000's) KKE Minimum Royalty Payments Convertible debentures
2020 1,500 6,000
2021 2,000 6,000
2022 2,500 101,800
2023 3,000 -
2024 and beyond - - $ 9,000 $ 113,800

1.5 MILLION DOLLARS a YEAR MINIMUM + 6,000,000 convert debt (i wonder at what value the converts are done at) wowwwwwwww. What a deal this was, probably the WORST deal I've ever seen, dont you agree? All taken from the MDA and financials.. I wonder how many jars of KKE oil needs to sell just to break even on the minimums of the whiz deal. I tell you one thing, whiz is laughing all the way to the bank on this one.. all in my opinion, what do you guys think of this stand out FIRE deal? haha.

I have sampled several of the Aurora et al dried products along with mostly FIREherb over the last ~3yrs and while there is some good products on the WEED, ACB menus, Broken Coast, albeit have only sampled a few times and found the quality better than most, FIRE entire menu has been as good as or better than the rest....and few are as good as.

Just on quality alone, the lack of very good to excelent quality product shelved is the main cause of the downturn in the sector and while FIRE has always shelved a quality menu it was behind on the supply and distribution of their product to enough shelves and keeping those shelves stocked...this is what is changing and we will see nothing but a huge increase in sales and the sweetest balance sheet in the industry.

With profit realized probably by fiscal yearend, do the math on what the balance sheet will look like when all the expansion, global and domestic, in the pipeline is brought to fruition and the question is can you afford not to own FIRE? JMHO...Opt
