Maybe this perspective buyer is now setting its sights on ALA.  If so, I don't see it going for under 33.00.  The Washington Gas dilution financing was all in the 30.00-31.00 range and those shareholders will want to some sugar, especially after feeling the pain over the last year.


IMHO, The best 3 candidates for the take out would be either ENB, BIP or Huskey/Li Kia Shing.
Judging on the recent volumes it is obvious he/they are accumulating the cheap shares now.
Mr. Shing needs to move money out of Hong Kong now as with all the Chinese government crackdown on corruption of wealth businessman hence extridited to the motherland of China.
