I spoke to Rob about 2 months ago. He told me there aren't multiple companies interested and that it was difficult trying to get a fair valuation out of 1 single company. I have tried emailing, Calling and texting and no reply for over 1 month. His voicemail box is full. Either good news coming and he can't talk or company is in big trouble and doesn't want to talk.

he said we would be lucky to get 6 cents a share on a buyout. So I think licensing deal is more likely. Someone who will take equity and lend 15 million to finish Phase 3
