Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:What would you do????

RE:What would you do????Yes, I would be extremely happy because I saved another several hundred million CAD to buy shares in the open market as a result of the crash Irwin and I just caused.

Now, I own 51% of the company thanks to everyone panicking and dumping their shares at a loss.

Then I buy the remainder of the company, take it private, and then sell it to a larger institutional investor in two years after the small players are gone.

Thank's for the discounted shares. After all, only days ago sheep investors were willing to throw 7.85CAD at each share.

Would YOU be happy?  Maybe you would be, being on the inside loop and KNOWING what was about to transpire in the near future.  Maybe you would say "sure the shareprice has retraced again but I will make a fortune when we put this train in drive. I now own nearly 10% of this company and have a pretty good idea of how this will play out.  Not to mention the second fortune I will make when I pick up the warrants at $9.26, which will be dirt cheap ......... Mr. Mystery and Simon aren't idiots you know.

You may think Mr. Mystery wil just retract the offer and not sign.  No he won't. Reason being: the share price was sitting about where it is now when it was negotiated back in November. ............Mr. Mystery and Simon aren't idiots you know.
