RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thats so Raven . Kurious Howdy is right on numbers .. But before anyone gets to that .. The pressing part hanging over this company is ... Debentures folks .. will they secure financing or not ? If they dont .. everyone loses .. Can someone check sedar and see if George has liquidated his 7.5 million shares that he had in escrow please. Again , I'm pretty sure CL2G shares were liquidated .. If they do secure financing , what will it look like ? Someone mentioned about keeping it under 200 million shares outstanding... that would be terrific... But what about if it is 400 million shares outstanding after the financing .. at least the company is still alive right ? But what will the SP be ? Now question Kurious .. If RQB happens to win this lawsuit with rotogro , what sort of numbers do you think RQB will file for the compensation of damages .. as the SP was .24 - .28 when rotogro filed against RQB . Hmmm could be talking alot of money here . Now on the other side of the coin ... when large investors talked to George asking him to explain where the value was on this digigro acquisition he wasnt able to explain it , as I was told. So why did he do this deal ? Most honorable CEO's , especially inea who have a vested interest in their company would be trying to bring confidence within the market about their company .. so why aren't you George if digigro is such a good acquisition? Also , last note .. with 22 million shares dumping , sum of those shares has to be from the digigro guys . I'll counter earlier claims made here , that these APP guys would of made sure there were provisions made for the debentures before making such a deal .. well , one could say , if there was a deal in place , the norm for an acquisition is a hold on shares which there wasnt any here . As crash would say GLTA
