COEX SPIN OUT

COEX SPIN OUT
hockeyplayer wrote: Seriously, I do not want to see 1 for 1 shares, Greenview. I believe most investors are not excited about buying shares in a small company with 394 plus million shares. I would much rather see 1 for 5 or even 1 for 10. This will make the shares much more desirable and valuable.
The CEO Roger AKA the Rabbit stated in a pevious news release that the COEX spin out from UEX will be just like when PSM gave birth to UEX, and that was a 1 for 1 stock ratio split and a $1.00 buy out.
If we hold Roger to his words in that press release ther will be no 1 for 5, and 1 for 10  stock split,  there will be a 1 for 1 stock ratio split, I don't think Roger is in the buisness of playing psychological manipulation stock ratio game, the COEX website is already up  https://www.coexmetals.com/news/final-west-bear-results-from-winter-program

That is why the stock is so cheap for you to load up, if you have liquid cash in your account,or borrow some money from the bank 10k or 20k which is an investment not gambling like buying a lottery ticket.

Makes no difference it work out to the same 1 for 5, 1 for 10, you get  a small amount of shares and a much higher stock price on the buy out side, 1 for 1 spin out you get a large amount of shares and a much lower stock price on the buy out side, what is important is the size of the Cobalt and Nickel deposit. It is psychological manipulation people beleive if I get less shares on a stock spin out and get  a much higher price on the buy out I am makig more money, compare to a 1 for 1 spin out with large amount of shares and a much lower stock price on the buy out side.

Lets put this test on the pass PSM  Pioneer Metals spin out into UEX which was 1 for 1 and a $1 buy out by Barrack Gold.

X AMOUNT OF GOLD IN PSM
1 FOR1 STOCK RATIO SPLIT
SHENTY  HAD 1 MILLION SHARES OF PSM = 1 MILL UEX X $1 BUY OUT = 1 MILL IN HIS POCKET.

1 FOR 2 STOCK RATIO SPLIT
SHENTY 1 MILL PSM = 500,000 UEX X $2.00 BUY OUT MUCH HIGHER  PRICE = 1 MILL IN HIS POCKET THE SAME AS A   1 FOR 1 STOCK RATIO SPLIT

WE COULD  DO 1 FOR 4  STOCK RATIO SPLIT AND A $4.00 BUY OUT IT WORK OUT TO BE THE SAME

WORST CASE YOU GET YOUR 1 FOR 5 OR 1 FOR 10 AND WE STILL GET $1 ON THE BUY OUT COMPARE TO A 1 FOR 1 STOCK RATIO SPLIT.

What is far more important is the size of the deposit,
(which has been a big secret) and the price of the commodity, and the price that the buyer is willing to pay for such a deposit with its location, will determine how much we get for it rather than stock ratio manipulation split.
