Blizzzzzzy wrote: I do not agree with that assessment of Keith or the reasoning for not having a call.    For anyone that was on the conference call at the end of October it was obvious that there were no participants from any institutions and it was simply 3-4 questions from retail investors.   It was not a great use of time for them and I was a participant in the call so I was there to hear it all first hand.

My opinion there is no call is one of two reasons.

1.  Keith did not want to answer the same questions regarding the JV, release date etc. if he only had the same answers to give.  It would just cause negativity amongst the listeners and boards such as this.

2.   Keith may have answers to our questions that he is not prepared to give yet and does not want to provide falsehoods on a conference call.   If they are releasing drinks at the end of Q1 or start of Q2 it is POSSIBLE an entire drink profile has been submitted to HC and we have no idea, it is POSSIBLE that the Moosehead JV is done and they are just waiting to announce that when they have a drink profile ready to go.

This is all pure speculation, but it is much more constructive than calling out the CEO for being unequipped to handle a few questions that could easily be anticipated.   That kind of speculation is irresponsible and something I would expect from hawkll.

Thanks for your response Blizzy, that is a good point as far as the "waste of Keith's time". But as far as the "irresponsible" part I could care less, I call it like I see it and I will give CEO's as much respect as Keith is giving us right now. I have just as much skin in the game as anyone else, and you are making excuses for a CEO that doesnt know who you are and doesnt care.

IMO it is irresponsible to take shareholder money and not give us 30 minutes because the questions will be hard.

I hope this company succeeds as much as anyone else,  but not facing the music because you dont have a good answers is completely asinine as a CEO, thats what CEO's get paid to do.
