I agree with you on the app.  A BETA version of an app is not worth $5m which means it was a play to obtain a controlling interest.  The parties involved likely did the maths beforehand on the number of shares required and worked backwards to come up with the $5m price tag.  I was a sceptic at first but now I have no doubt in my mind this is what has happened.  The timing was also very convenient when you consider the entire board members was sacked just a month beforehand.  Pure coincidence?  I’ll let you guys decide.

Whoever’s accumulating is basically doing it to buy votes.  In dollar terms, volumes have tapered off relative to the 3.5c price so they probably have (or close to having) the numbers already.  One can only speculate what they will do next but a number of scenarios has been mentioned on this forum already.
