Cantung/Mactung

Cantung/MactungI take great exception to your comments about the company and it's ability to open the mine in NWT/Yukon. I know for a fact that several government officials have been to see the company to assure them of their willingness to cooperate and provide assistance when the time is right. This company employeed over 600 people at one point and anyone who can think would realize the ecomomic benefit this would have on the region. The company does NOT have to do any exploration, it is all DONE and proven. The price of Tungsten is now at a level where the mine would be profitable even though only marginally. However Tungsten prices have almost doubled in the past 6 months and look like they are going further. Your assumptions on the frist nations peoples are just that. Unless you work for the company which I know you don't, you would or could not be aware of any conversations or plans made in this area. Yes, the company is looking at other projects in the tungsten area, but not because of any problems in the north, but because of the rising proce of tungsten, if it is possible, why not control more. The team is in place, prices are rising, there is no replacement, the mine could open in 6 mos. with about $5mil in capital, the leverage is incredible, working capital is sufficent, all that is missing is a rational mkt, one where people who understand assets and cash flow invest not the neophites that hae been recently getting destroyed.
