RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FDA IND NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FDA IND NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hi StevenBirch on the Canadian side Health Canada gave us approval quite awhile ago so Theralase can go full tilt here. From all the documents I've read in the last week I gather that the FDA Clinical halt means exactly that  ..  no progress can be done no enrolled no treatment zero  .. they can prepare US potential sites in the equipment & train their people for the procedure of TDL-1433 application & treatment  but as said no patients until approval. In a way this could prove better as it affords a more relaxed atmosphere for the surgeons to train so when approval does come it will almost feel routine. I don't recall how many sites have been designated on the American side wild guess 15 perhaps  ..  doesn't matter right now anyways. Again no enrollment but I can't see why they wouldn't have a list of candidates that could fit the inclusion/exclusion list which doesn't include contact so no rules broken   ...  eh!
