@athleticsguy fund raising attempt with 5 day to the private placement due date not likely. When a company puts out a press release (NR) it needs to get aproval from the TSX and the company's lawyers. They need to assure that the NR is in full compliance. Misleading or guiding investors leads to lawsuits, companies being penalized. 3 more days to private placement due date. The consultant and all other info will be presented .
