RE:Cheap SharesBull, your post is refreshing in the sense that it shows that many intelligent people are doubtful of current managements abilities as it mirrors the thoughts of me and family, friends and acquaintances who hold several million shares. To me; As much as it shows the positive accomplishments with the science and technology it also speaks to the weakness and lack of leadership, citing the cash wasting promotion ideas, disastrous financings and an apparent bad case of tunnel vision that will prove to be disastrous as it takes away from the prize in front of them that may or may not be shown with the FDA trials.
Doug Loe. I think of Doug Loe’s back to back $1 price targets a lot. Has his career been damaged by this current regime that poses as management? It seems to be at a critical stage here now and we seem to be exposed without effective leadership and it still seems to be breaking down. The saddest piece to me is the recent departure of a quality investor in 88STR8T and the story he tells.
It’s true. Our so called management “thinks” they are doing a good job but almost all others that I know see it as a bad case of “Emperors New Clothes” syndrome. They remind me of my stint in Air Cadets as a kid. We would go on parade and one kid was habitually out of step but carried the idea that the whole squadron was wrong. That one kid made the whole squadron look bad,.........while he was there..... Soon enough, he was gone and we became a complete squadron in unison again.
These Sernova shares are held by a broad range of holders and people ranging from being close to the poverty line to perhaps some wealthy types and who all believe in the science/technology. I don’t have the ways, means or wherewithal to search for an astute, successful CEO who is basking in the comfort of his/her past successes and would like a chance to deal with some multinational pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies. Is there a chance that someone out there can locate a suitable replacement for CEO and maybe a couple of board members and some officers of the company to disband the buddy system in place currently? Would $400k a year be enough of an attractant, plus another $150k per year including expenses for the childlike organ grinders monkey waving the beat up old tin cup around? Childish organ grinders don’t fit this company’s potential status within the industry. Doctor can get back into the lab coat again, perhaps; his comfort zone. The science is in good hands with Dr Piotr Witkowski and that is some relief that I feel.
Somebody better pull pull that rabbit out of the top hat and PDQ. AGM coming and myself, family, friends and acquaintances have our collective minds, representing millions of shares, made up. A sort of cheerleaders chant will accompany the votes that send our message: “Go Phil Go”,.........and take the disgusting monkey with you!
There will be a better life for us with professional effective management in place.
