For the October 2019 reporting period:

In total, 5,860,735 packaged units of cannabis were sold across Canada.
- Dried cannabis sales represent 92% of total sales, with 5,370,042 packaged units sold.
- Cannabis extracts sales represent 8% of total sales, with 489,882 packaged units sold.
Nationally, 30,001,925 packaged units of cannabis products are held in inventory by cultivators, processors, distributors and retailers.
- Distributors and retailers hold 45% of the total inventory of cannabis.
- The total inventory of packaged units of dried cannabis held by cultivators, processors distributors and retailers represents 4.2 times total sales. Likewise, total inventory of packaged units of cannabis extracts represents 15 times total sales.
Licenced indoor and outdoor cultivation area held by licence holders stood at 1,211,615 m² and 180 hectares.
