Weather not cooperating and USA production too high

Weather not cooperating and USA production too highI think it will take a USA oil downturn before prices go and stay up , maybe the downturn starts this year but it's agony watching this. Buy at .12 and make big money in couple years NG is the future. When will the new oil wells start making money i wonder , that should help . My opinion only .
