RE:Significant improvement of the Company’s balance sheet

RE:Significant improvement of the Company’s balance sheet"Ongoing efforts to obtain increasingly competitive financing rates" Thats the key here because interest payments are sucking them dry. They obviously have many other issues such as losing the prime vendor status and a a lot of debt. Unifire owners are propping them up for now, but you have to wonder if there is an internal power struggle going on. If they can't raise any money from investors, what is the point of the merger? Everything seemed to go for a shiit quickly just after announcing the PP in the summer. Nobody knows what happened. Whatever it was, they weren't expecting it, otherwise they wouldn't have participated in the PP.  Seems to me it has something to do with the phantom battery order. I don't see any indication from the trading that they are making any headway. So we just keep watching it and sitting on our hands for the time being until there is some clarity. Jmho
