I don't know when or how but it seems to me that Peter went off the deep end at some point. A reasonable CEO doesn't push out his board members and execs.  They don't get involved in questionable deals like high interest rate loans and having CVR fix up their property.

Most importantly they play within the rules. They do filings on time. They don't get the company halted from trading. They don't delay news by months.

Hard to say with 100% certainty that Marc and the others are straight shooters. But, there is little doubt that Peter is not.
