RE:RE:Profits first ? Your right it is frontier. Prior to posting I was viewing a Fort Hills report. It's doing great no wonder Teck wants to proceed with Frontier it is forecast to be lower cost than F/ Hills.. possibly come in under $25 per Bbl.
Even at $50 oil it would be a fantastic project to start developing next. Especially knowing present suggested lifespan is 40 years. And oil ain't going obsolete in that time period. It would help subsidize copper mining costs if they had their own inhouse fuel supply.

Teck will use industry average Copper Price,not SPOT PRICING. Presently it still don't look terriffic as a stand alone project to me.. Here is the last five year average prices all are below the $3.25.
.Averaged together over the last 6 years it comes to $2.62 per Lb. No wheres near $3.25. So based on the lower copper price average. all things being equal The 11% IRR on my calculator drops to 8.86 After tax figure would respond accordingly would it not ? .
