i wish this was contained to EVE. i have been hit by both sides, once when i had faith and shouldn't have and once when i had none and should have. 
in this case i think EVE was a OME that got lisenced and is experiencing much growth and the associated pains.  I do not trust big companies whom exploit your trust cause they can, but small ones rely on that trust, rather than exploit it.
my preference would be a smooth well oiled machine that already tripled my money situtaion, rather the crippled my situation, but we are dealt the hand we have.  I am not willing to fold just yet.
