RE:Is it over?Yes he is being pretty tight lipped. I think all shareholders would appreciate an update. While it would appear the permits are out of Dan's hands the plan to deal with Cougar is not. Does he or the Board have anything in place to cover the payment we will inevitably have to come up with?
