The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Annual MeetingThey have been lieing for a while, I bet you the reason the stock was kept down so low , is that they were tryn to sell the mine and were getting screwed around! Thus no financing, no drilling and a shitty stock price! These guys just sat on their hands till they got the final documents, instead of trying to keep going and pushing forward!
