RE:TOTALLY WITH YOUToday Titan has traded no shares so far. The bid price is 12.5 cents as they sit on the brink of sinking. The Sophisticated investors must be shaking their heads now that they realize Titan cannot last as a Ponzi scheme, where they just constantly borrow and dilute the value of the company away.
Do agree that Titan may just pull out of their non owned and non operated facilities in Peru, that are listed as assets, but are like much of the media, just fake news.
Within the legals authorities, many have been looked at, and the door still opens, hopefully at this time, yet time will truly tell, and maybe nothing changes. Though am very aware, detailed investigations take time, if they are ever enacted. If authorities are going to use up their budget chasing someone or somepeople, they will want to make sure they get every detail, so when they bury them, they can dig the hole as deep as possible. There are many powerful organizations that carry tons more weight than the securities, who are nothing more than a joke. Being just as criminal, as the criminals they protect.
Lets hope Peru goes after Titan once the people who tendered get out, if they so choose, that plan of action. Don't want those who hold or held Core to get penaziled any more than they already have. They may walk away with some small profit, but they will never get what had been promised, for value as far as 3.1 shares x 18cents that they were promised.

In a better world they would have been held accountable by the regulators in Australia and Canada. And the trouble is when the proper authorities don't do their jobs then folk have to take the law into their own hands.
I am somewhat encouraged that in the recent Peru federal elections the anti corruption president won at least a partial victory. My biggest hope in Peru is that they go after companies like Titan very aggressively with lots of NGO and UN help. And I know that Titan will very soon, now that the Core thing is over and they don't need to pretend they have anything, just abandon Peru; but there is at least some chance that they can go after them in Australian courts. And go after them personally as well. And sure if the Australian courts are as corrupt or useless as the Australian regulators then maybe not much results.
And in Canada I think that Reyes, Sedun, Bailey, Clough and Wong must be held accountable. Their total corrupt actions are as plain as day. Most of Core shareholders who weren't in with Titan seem to have sold their shares for between 25 and 28 cents. Zhoajin offered 37 cents cash plus properties. Our Core board said Titan's offer was better. It will soon be clear what Titan's offer was actually worth.
At the least, Reyes has to be shown very clearly that he is not welcome in Canada. And the others must face whatever consequences the various shareholders can come up with.
