At this price a conservative PE 14X and a decent Yield 2,85%% youre looking at a value stock, turnover or organic growth anybody buying here is making a good investment!  The volume is not that high so it looks pretty health here, I don't thik there is any insider or advanced knowledge hidden just a plain moderate risk high value pick @ $12,50-13,00 (I could be wrong ..... but..)
