RE:Sell the Learjet division to Textron My thinking EXACTLY. Learjet has not been a great fit anyway. Basically the maintenance contracts. AND remember there is a Learjet 85 well along in development... which may be of great interest to Textron. Possible engineering contracts to Bombardier from that. 
This is a great possibility. I really cannot see Textron buying the ENTIRE Business jets division. Learjet and some debt for a total of $1B, I would hope.
