I would go further to say, if they are in talks, I would think that Apple would WANT to appeal in order to put a little pressure on us to sign. To me, Apple NOT appealing may mean that they are quite close to signing and they don't feel the need to rock the boat. Still not holding my breath on signing a deal any time soon but fingers crossed! Chi
