RE:Any news on this So Courts ruled that construction can continue on the transmountain pipeline. That should help get western Canadian oil to world markets and better prices. When complete and in operation the oil glut in western Canada should greatly reduced or maybe eliminated. No doubt the ruling will be appealed to the Supreme Court but for now they can continue laying pipe. AOC is aquiring Canadian oil assets at firesale prices and putting them in production in time to ship them through the pipeline. It seems to me that the pipeline news together with the cash comming from the sale of Texas assets to EBY would result in some interest in AOC shares. AOC is in the right place at the right time if you ask me. Share price appreciation is inevitable.
