KAT shares outstanding are already 61B Shares

KAT shares outstanding are already 61B Shares
Looking at the shares outstaning in my trading app, it says the shares are 61Billion and in Nov they were 1.9B. (59B were added by the exercise offer and  I believe Glen owns more than 95% of the KAT now)

Now, the question, which will come first, the reverse split or the buyout offer?

any insights everyone?
