Most definitely in terms of providing deadly incorrect strategic advice at every turn possible.  Grrr...........

Perfect example being his advice from the get go that Aurora should not partner up with a large cash rich company and should definitely try going it all alone.  Now, the company is in a desparate cash crunch situation whereby it looks like they will have to dilute the current shareholders even further at a fraction of what they would have received if they did not follow Peltz's advice.

In return, I strongly believe that Peltz has given up on the company since he sees no way that the share price will ever get up to the point whereby he can do early buy-in for additional shares of the company at the bargain price of only $10 a shot or whatever it was.  I think he's going to take what he was initially given, cash it out, and simply call it a day.
