RE:We need good news for once Yes, it's definitely never ever good when a CEO resigns or "retires" just BEFORE the financials are released.  This allows the incoming team to make sweeping negative changes to the financials and then to simply lay all the blame at the feet of the olf management team.

This is definitely not going to be good for the share price short-term, but probably good for the company longer term as we get rid of the deadbeats like Booth who is definitely in over his head at this current point in time and unable to take the company to the next level.
