Accountability

Accountability GrafTech should just focus on paying debt back. This
purchase of $250,000,000 in shares from BBU was foolish and not in best interest of all shareholders.Executives and
Board will be held accountable.
This cash should of been used to pay down more debt.

If I see the executive team issue themselves Stock
Options, Rights, etc at this low price then this will give me
more ammo to go after them for self enrichment.

The pendulum has swung to the small investor.
