ugggggg shyte shareholders lost tons and tons of money here. Forums are riddled with shareholders posting losses. YES YES YES I agree, we should not be taking this on the chin. Yes, call SEC, YES, everybody continue to bombard DDB emails in every department, YES call SWIS, YES absolutely shareholders need to start an investigation here.
WE have SWIS information, that CLEARLY depicts DDB did not act in the best interest for ALL!! negligence at its finest!!!
Sheer corruption, this has fuk all to do with gambling with penny stocks when WE ALL KNOW SWIS made a offer!! That is a fact that NOBODY can deny!! 

If shareholders start a lawsuit, does this disrupt or possibly halt the sale?

CEO forum post......says that no matter how many shareholders vote "no" it won't be enough. Hence 2 million more in their pocket today.

All that volume was them scooping up all shares @.01.
I was so sure it was good news but man what a slap in the face. sheesh

I am telling you WE HAVE A VERY GOOD CASE here shareholders. But shareholders would need to rally together BIG TIME if we want to seriously make a move.
