I can only assume they started before they announced the first German agreement in Jan of 2019. Would have to prove something like a year of consistent product and rigorous testing to ensure compliance and then the medical authority would have to come and do the actual inspection . So maybe sometime in the next few months . Ivan mentioned they hope to get it before first crop of flower room 3. IR told me they hope to have first harvest early q2
