Why don't you all 3 of you have a quick meeting and decide to come out and tell people the truth that you are one and the same person and please state your intentions.
Your intentions may not be as bad but when you try to fool people in thinking you are 3 different people and people know it, your inytentions sound bad.

Truth always wins and is the best way to go forward...
