RE:RE:New 34 page Theralase Open Access Article AvailableIt's always been my understanding that they would have to continue to scrape before instillation as was done in Phase I because the compound could not penetrate the urothelial layer ... I thought I recalled this being confirmed by comment when they were submitting for HC trial or at the AGM last year, or did I just imagine that?


On another topic ... the FDA runs their trials on a prepayment plan ... for trials in the USA the company posts the money up front for the trial at each site along with the full amount of the FDA fees ... the company may be reserving its US commitment until such time as they have data in hand from Canadian trials that clearly show the efficacy and makes it worth the commitment of the additional expenditures for the USA trials ... just a business decision.
