RE:JARED What rumors The main rumour is that Brad's done as CEO and new management is taking over. And I'm hearing this from multiple individuals. As I've said though, they are just rumours. We'll find out very soon if they're "JUNK" or not. If there's no official news release regarding the rumoured developments by the end of next week, then I think we can toss these rumours into the junk category.
As for the rumour's being "too good to be true," I disagree. In my opinion, Brad will never step into a room full of COOL/LDS investors that he's defrauded out of millions of dollars, so I don't believe for a second that he has any intention of still being CEO in time for the next AGM.
In addition to that, there's no way Brad isn't fully aware of how toxic his connection to the company has become. He holds an enormous number of shares and if he wants those shares to make him rich, he has to hand the reigns over to someone else, as there's a long list of sector analysts and investors who won't put a dime into COOL so long as Brad Eckenweiler is still a part of the company. Brad has just told far too many lies and made countless misleading statements.
As far as I'm concerned, it's undeniably in his best interests to step aside and put in a competent and honest replacement.
