RE:RE:RE:The $1.08 raise that just went throughThe new CLO in his interview all but admitted he has no idea WTF he is doing..  What general counsel needs to rely on external counsel.  The guy was a commercial real estate lawyer.  

Experience matters here.  He's in a growth industry.  Commercial real estate is not a growth industry.
