If you all recall? I was furious when they sold the CSeries for free to Airbus. Then they gave them total control of the JV and NO performance incentives against Airbus. And then to boot, an OPTION to buy it out, for FMV in 2026.

Now we get other details as to the commitments by the Bomber to the JV therefore to Airbus. Meaning that whatever financial commitment to the JV by Bombardier is really a payment to Airbus, because Airbus has the OPTION to take the program from them 2026 for FMV.

Then. If those give aways weren't enough, they added the further investment of up to $1.3 billion including over-runs in further future expenses of the JV till 2021.

Now this took the cake for me as another detail in the JV that just emerged from the JV contract.

I don't know how true this is. But I've read in Seaking Alpha today that Bombardier has also agreed to a further commitment to the JV of another $700m over 2022-2023.

OMG.

This company is run by total idiots. I don't think that any of them have any brains including the Gov't. Which ever Govt., was in Quebec at the time of this JV negotiation. Or even the rederal Govt. But my understanding/recolection was that it was the FEDERAL govt., of Trudeau that forced this Airbus JV on to Bombardier.

This is why Bombardier is calling for help for right now.

The CAQ and Legault, can't get the Bomber out of this mess with Airbus. The only thing CAQ can do is help with the CDPQ deal and BT right now.

Instead of writing a fair JV contract fo themselves for NO MONEY to Airbus. They ended up PAYING AIRBUS a further $1.3 B till 2021, just for Airbus to take the 50.01% of the CSeries for $0. If that wasn't enough. Now according to Alpha they are commited to a further $700M over 2022-23. That's a total of $2 B on top as gift for Airbus to ACCEPT our FREE GIFT of the CSERIES.

This goes beyond stupidness. This is insanity.

I would have thrown the CSeries out to dry and mothball it, before I would have agreed to those terms with anyone. I would have burned down the MIRABEL production facility and collected the Insurance on the loses. Even that would have been better than the Airbus deal.

Now I see the reason the Family is so SECRETIVE about it's dealings and won't give information. Because people/Investors would LAUGH at their stupidity.

Had I read the real terms of the JV., I would have sold my shares a long time ago.

Water under the bridge right now with the CSeries. These guys can't be trusted to do anything right. Let alone sell any major assets right now.

So. Get rid of the ACLP investment to Airbus ASAP, for what ever Airbus will pay now. Don't give Airbus another dollar. And stop selling anything else. We're f**cked here by Airbus, and the raping isn't going to stop.

In fact I'll say further that this DUAL SHARE STRUCTURE isn't set up as a way for the Family to keep Bombardier from being bought and sold for parts or sold to foreigners etc. IT'S TO KEEP THE PUBLIC UNINFORMED OF THEIR STUPIDITY AS BUSINESSMEN.

The Family shouldn't fear a take over of Bombardier. THE FAMILY IS SELLING EVERY PART OF BOMBARDIER FOR NOTHING THEMSELVES. The dual share system is the TOOL for the Family to cover up their STUPIDITY.

They better not sell anything else other than their ACLP share.

And no more sale of BT other than 49.9% to CDPQ only. Because if they sell to anyone other than CDPQ, they'll F**CK up the sale. And others won't want 49.9% of the company. They'll want the whole thing. Only CDPQ would agree to stay as minority partner in BT.

If we manage to get around $2 B from Airbus??? Then I can live with that. This deal was a bad deal and Airbus deserves full marks for F**king the Family up their azz for their stupidity. I still can't believe how stupid this Family is, as I'm writting this post. That, they couldn't tell the Federal/Provincial Govt. to go F**CK themselves in 2017 and brought the CHINESE and JAPANESE over to Mirabel, and say. What will you pay us for the CSeries? Instead they paid Airbus $1.3 B, plus a possible 700M more, to steal the CSeries for nothing. 

OK. Lets see here.

Now we'll have another $1B to $2B from the JV. So then we can throw it, at the Debt and also clean up the Balance sheet a little more.

So the Debt goes from $6B to $4.5B  and we have half of BT and all of BBA.

I'm still ok with that.

Can these idiots just deliver the software needed to finish these Legacy projects and start paying of the rest of the $4.5B debt off slowly.  

The B shares will recover in a couple of years. Just deliver the contracts. Stop this ineptitute/insanity from going further.
