RE:Money TALKSalzman wants their money, kaly has none so they pay with shares/dilution. Everything seems on the up and up to me, Salzman debt is taken care of and more clarity is revealed with regards to any deal/negotiations that are in the works. Nothing has essentially changed with regards to kaly’s financial situation as the debt is not new, but at least now it is seen as an issue that is solved and can be placed in the “resolved” pile.
