Take the company private

Take the company privateI don't know why they are even on the venture market. Raising money and building a company on the venture market is close to impossible in Canada. Few make it because it's a short sellers dream. No liquidity. Lax regs.

Lotus designed its facility with a perpetual production cycle harvesting one of six production rooms every two weeks.

At a 12 week cycle per grow room x 6. 1.04 per gram cost. 2000 kilos a year/ 2000000 grams. Market per gram for quality is well over 10 bucks. A group of private investors could buy out the company at 20 plus cents a share, I doubt the shareholders would agree. Around 20+ million to take the company private. You would have a killer small business. Anyone interested in putting together a group and approach the company? I'll move up there. We need competent management players. Leaving the business at the behest of the short selling machine that is the Canadian venture market is stupid. They don't care what the business is doing they only see that with low liquidity they can destroy the chances of raising money at a fair value. They keep investors away with fear.
