You are correct about the $0.45 but I think you meant Book Value Per Share.
If we use Stockhouse quote: Price to Book ratio is 0.267 (under quote tab), market price per share is $0.12 (as of Friday closing) so the Book value per share would be 0.4494~$0.45
Correct me if I'm wrong.
