RE:Part of the skinny on insider ownership Yas, back in the day, mngt in a company I worked for had to meet with hr once a year to discuss "elements of compensation" and " constructing your pmp".
Except for the big wigs who gamed the benchmarks and deadbeats, everyone hated that whole process. This is an industry created unto it's own.
dsu's and psu's were supposedly created originally (directors mostly) to better align pay with company performance. Neo's can always just collect a bonus.
I say it has become more confusing with different companies using different models and elements of share based compensation charged to company books at discretionary times.
Not to mention cash in lieu, market component, etc etc blah blah blah.
A few places to help....
modest subscription at stockwatch gets you titled sedar filings for latest year without check code and news search ( keyword or other) that is awesome plus the usual news/charts, etc
Ceo.ca (free) has sedi tab that shows transaction(s) as they are filed and easier to read/ understand than sedi itself. Subject to insider promptness of course
Occasionally I can get compensation data out of Morningstar
Marketscreener.com (under company tab at symbol) will give you large owners but info can be out of date
And you know what? Sometimes Stockhouse has lots of good stuff right above the boards.
Stay safe all
