CDPQ percentage

CDPQ percentageCorrect me if I am wrong, but I believe CDPQ's share of BT officially increases from 30% to 32.5% on Wednesday, February 12.  Given that, could we expect a deal regarding CDPQ/BT to be announced prior to that?
