I have made about a dozen posts on this forum, and my most recent is the first one in which I say anything about bankruptcy, and I certainly wasn't suggesting that bankrupty was imminent, or even likely. To be clear, I do not envision bankruptcy any time soon, the company has options available to it. My point was that the families place more importance on their control over the company than on their responsibility to the debtholders and other shareholders. 

I do believe that if the financial situation were to worsen, and the only options were to issue more shares and lose control, or liquidation, the families would choose the latter.
