RE:What am I missing here?I'm really surprised that Gekko dropped the ball on this one. I have dealt with them in the past and have found them to be very thorough in their ability to analyze and pre-determine the system required to optimize recovery within a complex sulfide ore body.
The fact that no one at TMAC is mentioning any of this (that the manufacture screwed up) and isn’t demanding answers from GEKKO is really beyond me?
What was Gekko’s spec’ed recovery rate when the plant was designed? 82% with today’s technology is awful – it should be closer to 92-94%? Even a fine gold, locked in a complex sulfide body should be able to reach 88-90% recovery?
Would love to discuss this if anyone has more information
