1) products?? what products, FAF is a retail pure play, they open pot stores, they dont grow pot.

2) ACT will take control %50.1 in 3 or 4 years as they exercise the warrants at which point FAF will have over 400 million shares outstanding, ATC can walk at any time so there is no guarantee that they will go through with their deal with FAF
