RE:RE:RE:Airbus va probablement racheter à Bombardier sa part I hope they will be mercy by realizing the deal made was killing hen for eggs and they do not want to make the hen killed. But still may be the hen will be killed soon. 15% annual return in poket is still a good choice.

Why would Bombardier ever do this deal with Alston.

First off that's $5.5 B US, minus the $2.6 owing to CDPQ = $3.3 to the Bomber. Remember CDPQ would not convert there share for that money. Becasue $5.5B  X 30% would give them $1.65 Billion. So they'd rather get the interest.

This Alstom deal is just a way to get CDPQ on the table to convert their share.

The ACLP deal is believable. They will sell ACLP to Airbus. What they'll get there will determine how this restructuring will take place. If they are still dumb and take what ever price from Airbus. Then there is a real danger that we're f***cked.

But if they're smart and force a good price out of Airbus.? Then we have a fighting chance that they will be smart enough to take on CDPQ with Legault's help.

Cheers
