Insiders at Kirkland Lake Gold Have Sold Stock Recently The last three months saw significant insider selling at Kirkland Lake Gold. In total, insider Eric Sprott sold US$142m worth of shares in that time, and we didnt record any purchases whatsoever. In light of this its hard to argue that all the insiders think that the shares are a bargain. I have been looking at an opportunity to get into KL with the recent DG acquisition creating negative sentiments form the analysts and market, but this post attached on my iPhone stock profile had me a little concerned?
Yep you are completly wrong on everything youve said here.
Sprott is no longer an insider as he isnt on the board anymore (since last march), therefore he isnt obligated to notify when he sells shares of KL. Not that he has, why would he after he gave an endorsment for the KL/DGC deal.
You didnt record any insider purchases in the last 3 months? you must be blind or an idiot (im guessing both). a week after the deal was announced Tony (the CEO) bought $500000 of shares. Other insiders also followed suit ranging from $50000-$150000 each. Dont believe me? look it up, its all there.
Youre obviously a basher, which is why i reported you for listing false statments. we know your looking for cheap shares because all you shorting idiots know its going back up when the financials, revised guidance and updated resource report comes out within the next few weeks
